The university lacked a centralized platform to effectively communicate its diverse and impactful SDG-related activities to the global community. Existing information on SDG initiatives was scattered across various sources, making it difficult to access and understand for stakeholders.

Steps taken to achieve

Gather data on all relevant SDG-related activities, initiatives, and achievements across all campuses and departments. Create a modern and intuitive website with clear navigation and a visually engaging design. Create high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, to effectively communicate the university's SDG impact. Incorporate interactive maps, infographics, and data visualizations to enhance user engagement and understanding. Enable easy updates, additions, and modifications of website content by authorized personnel. Design the website to be accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Utilize social media, email campaigns, and press releases to disseminate information about the website. Regularly monitor website usage and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Keep the website current by regularly adding new content, updating existing information, and showcasing new achievements. Regularly assess the impact of the website and make necessary adjustments to improve its reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
